THE HOUSING MARKET IS HAVING THE SALE OF THE CENTURY.  HOME PRICES IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA ARE THE LOWEST SINCE ABOUT 2003.  Buyers waiting for the market to reach the “bottom”, need to go shopping.
