When permitted? Begin 4:00 p.m. until Midnight from Feb. 15 through April 30, 2011.
Where permitted? Loudoun County EXCEPT Towns of Round Hill, Purcellville, Middleburg, Lovettsville and Leesburg areas of suburban development.
What? Yard trimmings and leaves.
