That fee represents a 1.5% Listing Broker fee and a 2.5% Buyer’s Agency Fee. We offer FULL SERVICE listing for 4% including CMA, evaluation of your property, a web site to promote your property, MLS listing and listing in Homesdatabase.com for public viewing, brochures, flyers and yard sign.
